Every six weeks, eight women sit down together. Not to pitch. Not to perform. Not to hand out cards and follow up with people they'll never actually talk to again.
One woman comes to each meeting with something real — a decision she can't make alone, a challenge that's been sitting on her chest, a crossroads she's been standing at for months. The table gives her 35 minutes of genuine focus. Not advice. Not stories about how someone else handled the same thing. Real attention on her real situation.
Then the floor opens. Every woman shares one thing she's working on and one thing she needs. Wins get celebrated. Connections get made. Referrals come from people who actually know your work.

Gathered starts as one blended table — women from different industries, different backgrounds, all building something real. As the community grows, tables begin to take shape around industries. The plumbers table. The creatives table. The service providers table. Peer-to-peer conversations with women who speak the same language and face the same walls.
Once a year every table comes together for Blooming Ties — the annual gathering where fresh perspectives meet familiar faces and the whole community sees itself in one room.
