How Mobile Notary Pricing Works in Texas

Notary fees in Texas are set by the state. The statutory fee is $6 per signature. That is the baseline — fixed by law, non-negotiable.

What changes is the mobile convenience fee. Because I come to you — your home, your office, your closing location — there is a travel fee based on distance from my location near Grand Parkway 99 and FM 1093 in Richmond, TX.

Here is how it breaks down:

0–8 miles — $50 mobile fee Cinco Ranch, Katy, LaCenterra, Fulshear, immediate Richmond area

9–15 miles — $75 mobile fee Katy Mills area, Sugar Land, outer Katy

16–25 miles — $100 mobile fee Missouri City, Energy Corridor, Stafford, inner Houston

26–35 miles — $125 mobile fee Galleria, Pearland, Cypress, deeper Houston

35+ miles — priced at full discretion Reach out before booking and we will work it out.
